That’s exactly what two young electricians discovered when we started our own electrical company in New Jersey 30 years ago. The first decade of the electrical business was difficult. We almost shut the business down. Instead, we chose to learn from the best companies in the world to turn things around.

1991

Committed to Take Massive Action and Invest in Learning

We dedicated ourselves to invest in coaching and training from leaders across multiple industries to learn how to become real business owners.

2001

The Following 12 Years Saw Massive Growth

We became the #1 home service company in Central New Jersey, earning more than $32M annual revenue with 200 staff and 165 trucks. In 2017 we were acquired by a large private equity firm. It was then we knew we had discovered an exciting playbook of strategies and tools that could help other service business owners.

Eager to give back to the community that had given us so much, we gathered a team of industry experts to teach and deploy the most cutting edge, proven strategies to change the lives of service business owners everywhere.
